![]() As the first Director of Extended Analytical Physics program at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, she seized the opportunity to blend her interests in physics learning and social justice by developing and designing a program that targets equity and inclusion in calculus-based physics for students considered mathematically underprepared for engineering.
